  • Part-time Customer Service Executive
    4-5 Burton Hall Road, Sandyford, Dublin, Ireland, D18 A094

    This role involves supporting the Branch Team with the day-to-day running of operations while delivering excellent customer service at every interaction. Responsibilities include driving sales of storage units, packing materials and insurance, responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues quickly and empathetically, and handling administrative and banking tasks accurately. The role also encourages contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, and confidence using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook. A third-level qualification is beneficial but not essential.
