Who are we?
Nesta is a family run indigenous business that was established in 1989. It is the largest and oldest self-storage provider in Ireland and is part of the Kefron Group.
For more than 30 years our business has come to mean much more than providing secure storage for our customer’s valued belongings; it is about making room for people in their lives, room for a family to grow, room to breathe after a life event and room for businesses to grow.
Our Goal
Serving the local community
Our Values
Nesta’s core values reflect a deep commitment to creating a supportive, dynamic, and compassionate workplace. These values emphasize our “duty to care,” ensuring that every action and decision is made with the well-being of both colleagues and clients in mind.
This sense of responsibility is matched by a “passion” for work, driving us to excel and innovate in our respective fields.
Respect is a cornerstone, as it cultivates a work environment where customers and co-workers are treated with dignity and consideration, fostering a culture of mutual appreciation.
“Empathy” is integral to our approach, as understanding and sharing the feelings of clients, especially during significant life events, can lead to more tailored and sensitive services.
Finally, being “resourceful” speaks to our ability to think creatively and use ingenuity to overcome challenges, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also inventive and forward-thinking.
Our values are not just aspirational; they are practical guidelines that shape Nesta’s unique identity and the positive impact we strives to have.
