Excellent service with exceptional staff who are thorough, helpful and patient in explaining how to use their services. I've never had such a positive experience with a storage facility and am truly grateful. Ms. Abigail who works there was truly great in helping me arrange my moving in and moving out dates, and facilitating necessary changes whilst making sure I was thoroughly informed throughout the process.

Fantastic service from the team at Nesta (Deansgrange) from day one. Never had issue with parking. There was always trolleys available. No long times waiting for the elevator when needed. All in all I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Great staff, really helpful and organised, especially Liga, the assistant managet.Dry, clean, clearly numbered, secure units. Big freight elevators and lots of hand carts, pallet trucks etc. available at the entrances. Have to use code to get in. Always felt safe working at the unit. Not cheap but good value as a very professional operation.

I use Nesta Storage, I find them very helpful and flexible for my needs in moving through various storage unit sizes. The location is good and the place is well run with good professional staff. We also availed of the Nesta Storage Taxi Service which saved us having to hire a removal lorry. although we had to do the load and unload ourselves, the driver was generous with his time waiting for us to load and unload at each end. I would definitely recommend trying Nesta Storage if your looking for good value and a great location not far from the East Coast with amazing views of Dublin Bay Kilbarrack.

I would definitely recommend nesta self storage to anyone, we were moving house and weren't sure when we would have the new house ready as there was work to be done, very flexible and obliging, never too busy,so never had an issue getting to our unit which was on the same level always a bonus that we didn't have to use lifts 👍

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nesta Storage Kylemore. The staff were amazing and made everything so easy. They went above and beyond to help us. When we decided to downsize from a large unit to a smaller one as we got rid of some items, they even let us keep both units temporarily until we sorted everything out. The access is easy, and the facility is open 7 days a week. Truly exceptional service!

This is the second time I am using a Nesta storage unit on Kylemore Road, and I can warmly recommend them. I have dealt with Gavin and Nicholas, who are kind and helpful. You only pay for the time you actually occupy a unit, and it is a great way to clear a room even for only a short time. I feel lucky to have Nesta very close by and will use them again when the need arises.

The prices are very reasonable and the insurance policy is excellent. There is no deposit, minimum stay, or maximum stay, and there is a return policy that if you move out before the end of a given month, you will be refunded the days you did not use.
They also offer a van to pickup your belongings and staff will even load it into your unit for you.
If you're disabled, be sure to book a ground floor unit as the elevators are not for humans, only goods.
There is a side ramp to get into the building and office (same ramp vehicles use), if you cannot use the stairs. It is a little steep however staff are more than willing to physically assist.

Pretty good equipment and installations. But what it's definitely the best of this place, it's the customer service. Melissa, the manager of this place was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Ainhoa, rhe receptionist was also too gentle and kind. And the driver who helped us with the moving out even helped us to upload our stuffs, making the process so easy and comfortable for us. I totally recommed this place. And i desire the best for all the people who works here. Thank you very much for everything

Only complaints would be the semi-annual price increases and the fact that they have restricted access to recycling bins. Used to be able to get rid of boxes etc but no longer.

I used a storage unit for my university belongings over the summer and was very pleased with how easy the whole process was. Sarah was very kind and welcoming and super helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She assured me all my things would be safe and was amazing through the whole process! We recently used Nesta Storage Santry as our son had to move out of his student accommodation when his contract ended.
The whole process was completely flawless, mainly due to the staff at this location. They couldn't have been more helpful.
We used the storage taxi option to get my sons belongings to and from his accommodation which was brilliant.
This modern, secure facility was absolutely perfect for our needs and I would highly recommend them.

We used Nesta Storage Units in Santry today. We git exceptional service from beginning to end. Lady at reception; (apologies I didn't get your nane) was so helpful with checking in process, explaining how things worked, giving us codes etc and we got to view tge units first before deciding on which one would suit our contents. Place was immaculate, trolleys provided were so handy and easy to handle. We had booked the van to transport our belongings and I must say Peter went above and beyond in helping us. I know its not part of the service to help load and unload but he did help out no end as some of our stuff was heavy enough. I genuinely xant thank him enough; he went out of his way to help and we would have struggled big time to manage without his help. He is such a pleasant young man abd a definite asset to your business. So all in all a very positive experience with Nesta Unit in Santry abd I would have no hesitation in recommending this storage facility to anyone else. Many thanks for making a stressful move so manageable.

Just started using Nesta in Santry. The staff in reception especially Andy, was so helpful with the whole process and not forgetting Peter the van driver who again was so helpful and down to earth. We all know how stressful moving is and Nesta just made it so so easy and took some of the stress out of the process Thank you Guys.

I was with Nesta Storage in Santry for nearly 4 years , my experience was brilliant , the staff are always so helpful and available to assist with queries, the units are impeccably clean,dry, spacious, the price is great and also the parking and accessiblity is super.
The storage account is easy to set up and easy to finish, this would be my first place to go if I need storage again. I used to deal with Sarah in the office who is fantastic :)

We had 2 different sized units in Nesta , Santry over 6 weeks We found Nesta to be clean, secure and had all sizes to suit various storage needs.
I dealt with Sarah mainly and she was efficient, friendly and very helpful - going the extra mile helping me to move a big item in when I was on my own. I found the other staff to be friendly and courteous as well. I would definitely recommend Nesta.
