In her own words:

We provide counselling services for individuals and couples, offering a confidential and supportive space to explore life’s challenges. With extensive training and experience, we help clients work through anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties and loss. We offer sessions online, by phone and in person, giving clients the flexibility to access support in a way that suits them. Our aim is to help people better understand their experiences, build resilience and move forward with greater confidence.

Almost 2 years ago, I needed a physical space where clients could attend sessions in person. I was looking for somewhere professional, private, and welcoming, and Nesta ticked all the boxes. The location works well in terms of transport links and parking, and the offices themselves are calm and well set up, which matters a lot in this line of work.

The biggest benefit has been having a safe, private environment with space for clients to wait comfortably before their sessions. That kind of setup makes a real difference in counselling. It allows clients to feel at ease from the moment they arrive, and it gives me the ability to focus fully on delivering the best support I can.

We also use the virtual office service, which has been handy for having a professional business address.

What I value most about being at Nesta is the safety, privacy and support. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need.
